We have found a heaping tablespoon is the perfect snack size!

Yield 30

Ingredients

1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks, rough chopped

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon hemp hearts

Dash of cinnamon

Steps

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix to thoroughly combine. I prefer to use a metal spoon for this. Cover and chill for at least two hours. Chilling the mix makes it easier to roll into bite-sized balls.

2. After chilling, use a metal tablespoon, scoop the mixture, and roll into a ball. Place on a piece of parchment paper, and continue these steps for the remaining mixture. Wrap up in parchment paper, and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
